The JCC provides support for the bereaved, as well as for new Americans and for older adults facing isolation.

Bereavement Support Groups

General Bereavement Support Group
Facilitation provided by Sivitz Jewish Hospice of the Jewish Association on Aging. For more information or to register, call Jan Kellough, MA. Registration required. Last Tuesday of the month.

 

Recently Bereaved Support Group: Healing Hearts
This group is for individuals who have experienced the loss of a loved one in the past year. Facilitation provided by Sivitz Jewish Hospice of the Jewish Association on Aging. For more information or to register, call Jan Kellough, MA.

Caregiver Aging Mastery Program

AMP for Caregivers is a 12 week course that provides tools to stay healthier an happier in the caregiving journey.

SeniorLine of the Area Agency on Aging

Whether you wish to receive services or you are just looking for information that can benefit older adults, the SeniorLine information and assistance call center may be a great place to start. SeniorLine staff members are highly-skilled care managers who will answer your questions, or help you begin the process of receiving services. Call 412-350-5460 for assistance or fill out an online form.
