Designed for those ages 10+ and their parents to help develop a life-long love of fitness. It can be a sport on its own, or it can be the perfect strength and conditioning program for young athletes and their families.
Classes designed with purpose
Strength and Power! A forge Class is where you will build lean muscle. This circuit is 30 seconds work followed by 30 seconds rest for 4 sets
Anaerobic Conditioning! Burn is all about sweating off the calories! The Burn circuit is 60 seconds of intense excercise followed by 30 seconds of rest for 3 sets.
Endurance and Stamina! Build Grit and train to go longer, farther, and faster. The Grit circuit is 90 second work followed by 30 seconds rest for 2 sets.
